Peak Performance: These one of a kind indoor cycling programs are only at the SYC and last for 8 – 10 weeks. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you will improve your aerobic capacity and strength following the daily training schedule and wearing a heart-rate monitor. Master Spinning instructor, Scott McIntosh, will coach you through Peak Performance each week.
Cycle 10: Ed Townsend will coach you through 10 weeks to prepare you for an endurance or century ride. Riders of all levels cycle together following their own training plan and heart-rate guide.
