Fitness Training Expertise
Gil’s 13 years of fitness training experience is informed and complimented by her background in dance, skate skiing, cycling and other personal fitness interests. Her vocational focus can be summed up as “balance.” Gil designs programs that include strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training to improve functional fitness, increase metabolism and rebuild support systems such as joints and postural alignment. Her comprehensive programs consistently produce results for her clients and she closely monitors their progress and uses assessment protocols to track results. Gil then presents this information to her clients so they can personally be involved with the tracking of their progress.
Gil also works with many clients with special cases, including: fibromayalsia, osteoarthritis, MS, knee and shoulder injuries, hip replacement among others.
