KevinFifteen Tigers – aged 10 – 14 – building skills and strength at the South Yuba Club

SYC Trainer and Fitness Coach, Kevin Bennett, and his assistant Rob has these 15 kids jumping, pulling, pushing, swinging and spinning their way into better conditioning and greater confidence.  We want to show you how well they are doing next week.  Really fun to watch them.  Coach Kevin and Rob are great role models and inspiring task masters.

  2. Yes. It is for kids from 10 – 14. It focuses on increasing muscular strength, endurance, coordination and sports performance. I will send you a brochure which explains it better. Kevin is a highly qualified trainer. The kids love it. It works them pretty hard but no one is left out. Each person can work at his own level and still be a part of the group and team. It is exciting to watch these kids do these exercises. I will try to attach a file to an email I will send you. Also, go to our webiste for more info and a variety of programs.
