Team Training offers a fun and challenging way to workout and bond with others in a small group atmosphere. You will sweat, you might groan, but you’ll also laugh and when you’re done you will leave energized.

In our Team Training Sessions you will have access to specialized equipment as well as one-on-one interaction with our group training coaches. You will be coached through techniques and advised on form. They will motivate you to succeed. People of all ages and fitness levels can achieve results from team training.

Sign up early! Each session is limited to 16 members to ensure that you get the attention & support you need. 

Cross Training Sessions combine cardio and strength training in a one hour calorie burning circuit. This workout will strengthen your muscles and get your heart pumping at the same time, making it extremely effective for overall fitness. Workouts change daily, and are designed for maximum results.
TRX Suspension Training was born in the Navy SEALs. Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This class uses the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
TRX Level 1 follows the same principles as TRX Suspension Training, but is designed to be low impact. We focus on the basics, making this class excellent for beginners or those looking for a class that isn’t so intense but will still build strength and tone.
