Need more help? No problem. You may also choose to work with one of our Results Nutrition trainers in a 6-week RN program. So join us for Results Nutrition and get started down the path of better nutrition and health!

 We know the equipment can seem intimidating. It’s really not. That is why we are offering this informative 1 hour class taught by an SYC Certified Personal Trainer. They will rid you of your fears and show you how to effectively and safely use the equipment. We promise, it will be fun!

About Team Training*


Team Training offers a fun and challenging way to workout and bond with others in a small group atmosphere. Team training sessions are limited to 16 members to ensure that your get the attention and support you need. The Team Training experience is an add-on program fee through our Training Department. Only Team Training members can take these specialized classes taught by personal trainers. If you would like more information on adding Team Training to your membership, please contact SYC Fitness Program Director Renee Herrenkohl @ reneeh@southyubaclub.com.

Open to Members and Guests. Bring the kids, age 6 months to 11 years, for a fun afternoon of swimming! 

Note: 
Children under 14 years of age must have direct parental supervision when using the pool. Children must be potty trained or wear a swim diaper. The pool is not to be used for jumping or general “rough housing”.
